Legislation
The practice of pharmacy and its professionals are governed through a number of provincial and federal pieces of legislation and accompanying acts and regulations, along with privacy policies including the Privacy Act.
In addition, College bylaws — including the Code of Ethics — and an assortment of policies and guidelines further guide the governance of the profession of pharmacies and those who are licensed to practise within the industry.
