Pharmacy Permit Renewal Deadline: November 1, 2018

Pharmacy permit renewal notices have been emailed to pharmacy managers. November 1, 2018 is the deadline for receipt of the online application form, fees and documentation (if required). A late payment penalty is applicable if the above is received in the SCPP office after November 1, 2018.
